Quicky Quinoa

Pot in Pot Magic:
1 cup quinoa (rinsed) in Pyrex glass bowl
1 cup water in glass bowl
1 1/2 cups water in Instant Pot pot
Glass bowl on trivet,
4 minute high/manual pressure
Natural Pressure Valve Release (or at least 10 minutes)
Fluff with fork
Instant Pot Pot (Larger Portions):
2 cups quinoa (rinsed) in Instant Pot pot
2 cups water
1 minute High/Manual Pressure
Natural Pressure Valve Release
Fluff with fork, voila!
Notes:
I also freeze cooked quinoa for quick meals later.
